How much is the shipping charge?
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. We also offer promotions for free shipping from time to time, so keep a lookout for them!

What is the delivery time?
Orders are shipped in the next business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, excluding public holidays. All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.

How do I track the delivery status?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update. We recommend tracking your order and ensuring that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.

What should I do if I am not able to receive the product at the time of delivery?
The dispatch company will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the delivery time. If you are unable to receive the product at the time of delivery, our delivery team will try to re-deliver it at another date
